As your doula, I promise to fully support you physically, emotionally and informationally. Whether you choose to birth in your home or in a hospital, I will be there offering loving and gentle support. With me as your doulas, you can expect two prenatal meetings which include comfort measures preparation, birth plan building, and informational support as you make decisions for how you want your birth to go, 24 hour call or text support, on-call 2 weeks before your estimated due date until the day of birth, and one postpartum visit in your home. On the day of birth, I will be by your side from the moment you need me until 2 hours after birth offering comfort measures and guidance to your birth partner as you usher in your gift of new life. You will also have full access to my library of pregnancy, birth and parenting books.
